  • Annual Report Due (Chapter of the Year Application) 
  • Avoid planning paid events.
  • Avoid planning events at the beginning of this month
February Chapter Leadership Conference
(No events should be scheduled week before or after)
 
April - June Welcome Home Parties/New Graduate Night to Networks
July - August During the last 2 weeks of July and the first two weeks of August, paid events are discouraged. The university will be completing fiscal year end reporting.

 Chapters Confirm Details for Step Forward Day
September Step Forward Day
(First Saturday after Labor Day)
October/November Chapter Executive Board Elections and Chapter Calendar Planning
 
November/December Freely Give for the Holidays events are encouraged with a Waves of Service component
