As beautiful as Pepperdine University is, perched high above the Pacific Ocean, the essence of the University cannot be defined by its location.
Pepperdine is defined by people—students, faculty, staff, friends, and honored guests who have an appreciation for a school with campuses and graduate centers, not just in Malibu, but throughout the world; all dedicated to its mission of "strengthening lives for purpose, service, and leadership."
Here is a look back at the 2008/2009 academic year, and some of the people who continue to write the Pepperdine story.
