The aftershocks of the horrific 1998 slaying of Matthew Shepard, a gay university student, reverberate throughout the town of Laramie, Wyoming, as it is forced to examine its "Live and Let Live" motto against the barbaric reality of the hate crime that results in two murder convictions.
