Volunteer Activities

• Starting a New District
  There are currently 36 AWP districts. Interested in joining but cannot find a district in your area? Consider starting one! We will provide the necessary resources and some member leads, and you’ll be all set.
• Helping at Fundraising Events
  Helping hands are always welcome — from baking, craft preparation, helping at estate and garage sales and falls fundraising events, or just representing the AWP at various events and gatherings throughout the year.
• Serving on the National Board
  We couldn’t run the AWP without the help of our invaluable volunteer Board! Leadership positions are held for a minimum of one year and are elected at the Annual General Meeting in May.
