All SWIMS will take place at the Runnels Pool at the Firestone Fieldhouse.
(Friday SWIM will be an ocean swim if conditions are suitable)
Monday/Thursday RUNS will meet at the Firestone Fieldhouse Parking lot.
Saturday RUNS will meet at the track and we will carpool to Santa Monica with the Running Club
All BIKE rides will meet in Rho Parking Lot and we will go from there. Call Brianna, Jo or Lauren if you will be coming, so we can coordinate rides.
Wednesday SPIN class will take place in the fitness class space by the tennis courts.
Wednesday SPIN and the Saturday RUN are the crucial workouts. We would like to have everyone participate in those if possible!
**NOTE**
If you cannot make some of the workouts, you can still join the team. Network with other teammates to find alternative practice times that work best for you.
