REPLACEMENT CLASSES:FORM Meditation will be taught on 10/23, 10/30 and 12/4 from 12-1 pm in lieu of Marc's normal Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. Please come join us and learn how restorative movement is embodied in meditation and prayer. FALL ADDITIONS:Campus Recreation is pleased to announce the addition of two new classes this October! Cross-Fit classes will be held Tuesdays at Noon - 1 pm on the Campus Recreation field near the Fitness Studio. TaeKwonDo* classes will be held in the Fitness Studio Tuesdays from 7 pm - 8 pm. Please join us in these exciting new classes! *Taekwondo is an instructional course. The cost for this class is $15.00 per semester. All classes are taught by certified instructors and are open to individuals of all fitness levels. Participants must sign a program registration form and an acknowledgment and release form.
