Pepperdine Campus Recreation offers a variety of fitness classes for individuals of all levels. From cycling to Yoga to strength training, the Group Fitness program has something for everyone!

We have added two new classes, Cycle Tone Circuit and another Zumba Class. Starting March 5 we will be adding another class, Easy Does It. It's a low impact, low intensity for those who are new to exercise, or would like a dry land workout during the pool closure.
The updated spring 2013 group fitness schedule will begin Monday March 4.
