SINGLE CLASS CANCELLATIONS:


Hatha Yoga has been canceled on 11/5/2009 from 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm.

REPLACEMENT CLASSES:

FORM Meditation will be taught on 10/23, 10/30 and 12/4 from 12-1 pm in lieu of Marc's normal Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. Please come join us and learn how restorative movement is embodied in meditation and prayer.

FALL ADDITIONS:

Campus Recreation is pleased to announce the addition of two new classes this October! Cross-Fit classes will be held Tuesdays at Noon - 1 pm on the Campus Recreation field near the Fitness Studio.  TaeKwonDo* classes will be held in the Fitness Studio Tuesdays from 7 pm - 8 pm.  Please join us in these exciting new classes!

*Taekwondo is an instructional course. The cost for this class is $15.00 per semester.

All classes are taught by certified instructors and are open to individuals of all fitness levels. Participants must sign a program registration form and an acknowledgment and release form. Please click here for the list of fees.

SEMESTER CLASS CANCELLATIONS:


Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga on Tuesdays at 6:30 am - 7:30 am has been canceled for the remainder of the semester. Please join us at Marc's other two Yoga classes on Wednesday's and Fridays!

FORM Meditation on Mondays from 4 pm - 5 pm has been canceled for the remainder of the semester.
