Strength & Conditioning
Caveman training is a high intensity interval program focused on increasing overall strength and conditioning. Compound exercises such as squats and overhead presses are combined with unique movements (i.e. tire flips and sledgehammer swings) to build a level of fitness that is beneficial to daily life. "Cavewomen" are welcome as well!
Functional Intensity uses high intensity interval training to target fat loss, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular endurance while increasing the efficiency of the body's energy systems. This constantly varied class will leave you fit, motivated and ready to tackle the demands of life.
Experience a unique full body workout using Kettlebells. Long considered a powerful and effective training tool for maximizing cardiovascular and strength results, this workout will build power and condition your body in a way you've never experienced.
Kick your fitness into high gear with this class. Resistance training will strengthen and define muscles while cardio bursts increase calorie burn reshaping the body in a workout you're sure to love.

Who says exercise can't be fun? Enjoy the sunshine and beautiful ocean views as we use a variety of equipment, games, and partner activities to provide a full body workout. You will improve your muscle strength and endurance, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, agility, and balance, all leaving you more prepared to excel at the sport of life!
Participants will experience a total body strength and conditioning workout incorporating all of the major muscle groups. This class will use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, weighted bars, BOSU's, partner work and more. Cardiovascular drills and resistance training followed by core work and stretching will leave you feeling balanced and accomplished. Nothing is off limits in this class.
Kick, punch and sweat your way fit with this high-energy class. Utilizing traditional kickboxing moves and combinations, participants can expect a total body workout.
A dance-fitness class, this format features exotic dance moves set to high-energy Latin and international beats. The combination of slow and fast rhythms will tone and sculpt the body. All dance levels welcome.
Boxing is an old school approach to training! This class emphasizes proper technique, and incorporates innovative exercise principles such as H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training). This is a great way for anyone to achieve fitness. Who doesn't love hitting stuff? Don't worry, you'll only hit the bags, not each other.
In this traditional cycling class, participants will experience a variety of situations including hill climbs, fast flats and everything in between while focusing on speed, intensity and technique. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
Core Fusion fuses core awareness with proper alignment, mental awareness via breath, and total body movements as we strengthen, tone, chisel and stretch our body's from head to toe, front to back. Props vary from bands, straps, blocks, weights and our own body resistance to create stronger, longer & healthier bodies. All levels welcome...as everything can be modified to meet your level.
Mat Pilates focuses on the very basics of Pilates, allowing beginners to transition in and advanced students to build intensity. Traditional Pilates focuses on moving through the exercises as quickly as we can without losing proper flow and form. Each class will look a little different because there is always something new to learn or some way to make an exercise harder, so it never gets boring! Whether you are experienced in Pilates or never tried it in your life, this class will be a great environment for you!

A meditative yoga class that combines breathing techniques with physical poses to strengthen your body and clear your mind. All levels welcome.
This style of yoga connects breath and movement to create a flowing class. Postures are blended together in different combinations creating a unique experience each and every time. All levels welcome.
A restorative practice designed to release tension and calm the nervous system. Participants will passively stretch and energize the deep connective tissues of the body, open the joints, and restore alignment. Yin yoga compliments a more active practice (Yang) by improving flexibility, ease and balance. All levels welcome.
