Marc Endrigat has been practicing yoga for 8 years, and on going on his 4th year of teaching yoga at Pepperdine. Marc has done his teacher training with Shiva Rea at Exhale in Venice, and is currently working on completing his 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). His classes are based on Prana Vinyasa Flow, an energetic approach to yoga based on the classical Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) and different variations. Focus of the class will be on cultivating inner and outer strength, fluidity, balance, concentration, and relaxation. Yoga is a big part of Marc’s daily life and his goal is to bring a little bit of the yoga lifestyle to others so that they can benefit from the practice. Namaste!
