Hatha Yoga

Anyone can do Yoga! It doesn’t matter what size or shape you are...or how ‘stretchy’ you are. The only two things you MUST do in my class is be able to breath and have some fun!

Keep in mind, that the major principles of breath work and meditation through the body movement of Hatha Yoga, can be especially beneficial to the life of a student. Yoga not only reduces stress and offers a release from the daily ‘grind’, but focuses the mind. It can also greatly enhance any athlete’s performance because it fills in the ‘gaps’ of any training regimen.

Yoga also helps improve a practitioner’s spiritual life...whatever path that may be.

Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Prana Vinyasa Flow, an energetic approach to yoga based on the classical Surya Namaskars (Sun Salutations) and different variations. Focus of the class will be on cultivating inner and outer strength, fluidity, balance, concentration, and relaxation.

Form Meditation & Movement

Through multi-sensory learning students develop their own FORM of practice and find that it awakens devotional time while enjoying whole body health.
