Class Descriptions
Cardio & Strength Conditioning
Aqua Fitness
Change up your fitness routine by hopping in the pool. Participants will enjoy the benefits of cross training while experiencing a total body workout. Swimming skills are not required.
Cardio Dance and Sculpt
Expect a fusion of global dance styles and total body strength training intervals in this unique class. You'll be having so much fun you just might forget you're working out.
Cardio Kickbox
Kick, punch and sweat your way fit with this high-energy class. Utilizing traditional kickboxing moves and combinations, participants can expect a total body workout.
Cardio Kick and Sculpt
Reap the benefits of both cardio and strength in one dynamic workout. A combination of cardio kickboxing moves will strengthen your heart while strength training intervals with weights strengthens your body.
Cardio Sculpt
Increase your cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength in this total body workout incorporating a variety of equipment. Intervals of muscular endurance and strength will be combined with cardiovascular segments for a calorie-torching workout.
Crunch
Short on time? This class focuses exclusively on core utilization engaging both the anterior and posterior chains to tighten and tone the most important part of the body in under 30 minutes. Participants can expect to gain strength and increase flexibility and function.
Intense Functional Conditioning (IFC)
An intense cardiovascular and strength class designed to increase stamina, strength and overall fitness. The class will focus on using body weight resistance, higher weights and a variety of cardio drills to target fat loss, build muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance.
Outdoor Training
This class will utilize outdoor elements and the beauty of our unique campus to challenge strength, endurance and cardiovascular capabilities. Expect a blend of fun drills, jogging and partner work in this alternative to indoor fitness classes.
Shred
Participants will experience a total body strength and conditioning workout incorporating all of the major muscle groups. This class will use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, weighted bars, resistance bands, stability balls, BOSU's, partner work and more. Nothing is off limits in this class.
Choreographed Cardio
Zumba
A dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. The fast and slow pace of this class will tone and sculpt the entire body. All dance levels are welcome.
Indoor Cycling
Cycle
In this traditional cycling class, participants will experience a variety of situations including hill climbs, fast flats and everything in between while focusing on speed, intensity and technique. A water bottle and towel are recommended.
Mind/Body
Candlelight Yoga
Soothing music paired with candlelight will create a relaxing environment that will help you transition into the week. A flowing series of poses and stretches will leave you feeling enlightened and energized. *This class is taught by 5 Point Yoga instructors.
Gentle Yoga
Awaken your body with this energizing yoga class. Rejuvenating postures paired with mindful breathing will leave you feeling invigorated for the day's journey. Each class will end with a scripture reading. All levels welcome.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga aims to create balance and unite opposites. This means building strength and flexibility for both the mind and body, learning to balance and when to surrender. Poses will be sequenced together to create a flow that cultivates balance and reduces stress. All levels welcome.
Pilates
Pilates emphasizes a balanced development of the body through flexibility, strength and mental awareness. This integrative form of exercise provides a total body workout adaptable to all fitness levels. Participants can expect to gain strength, improve flexibility and posture. Some props will be used.
Power Flow Yoga
Rooted in Ashtanga yoga, this class blends playful sequences with more challenging opportunities for increased flexibility, strength and balance. Don't be fooled by the name; this class is open to all levels.
Vinyasa Flow
This style of yoga connects breath and movement to create a flowing class. Postures are blended together in different combinations creating a unique experience each and every time. All levels welcome.
