Instructional Courses
All classes listed below are Instructional Courses and are not part of the Group Exercise program. Please register for instructional classes at the Campus Recreation office or at the Harilela Tennis Stadium Fitness Studio..
| Intermediate Ballet |

Designed for the student who has a knowledge of the basic ballet vocabulary. Class will include barre and center with simple combinations graduating to more complex ones as the semester progresses.
- Cost: $75.00 per semester (single class pass available for $10.00)

| Tae Kwon Do |
Tae Kwon Do participants continuously strive to become stronger competitors in both attitude and ability. This program provides a mix of tough physical activity and mental training while providing a workout that is safe and possible for everyone. You will notice improvements in flexibility, speed, balance, and coordination. Tae Kwon Do is also a good method of rehabilitation and strengthening while providing a way to work out stress and tension. Individuals of all levels are welcome. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes are offered. Classes consist of forms, Olympic style sparring and self-defense. Instructor is a black belt.
- Cost: $15.00 per semester (single class pass available for $5.00)
