Office of Investment Management
Donor-Student Relations (Scholarships)
Office of Designated Accounts
Mission:
The mission of this office is:
- to oversee all University designated accounts and maintain appropriate account documentation;
- to coordinate related scholarship restrictions and budgets for all University schools; and
- to serve as an informational liaison for any/all parties concerned with these accounts.
In carrying this mission out on a daily basis, this office will strive to raise the level of service to donors of designated accounts by keeping the University accountable to the intentions and restrictions of their gifts. In addition, by providing accurate and timely reports on the status of these accounts, this office will provide donors with the necessary follow-up to their gifts. In turn, this follow-up will hopefully lead to stronger relationships with our donors and possibly increase the potential of continued future gifts. This mission is performed with the central University purpose – the education of our students with the highest standards of academic excellence and Christian values – as the ultimate goal since these gifts provide access to an education that many students might not otherwise receive.
