Graziadio School Hosts Marketing Week
The Graziadio School of Business and Management will host a Marketing Week for MBA students from Monday, Nov. 5, to Friday, Nov. 9 at the Drescher Graduate Campus, Malibu.
On Tuesday, Nov. 6, the business school will host members of the Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR) marketing organization from 5:15 p.m. to discuss their brand business, how they market, and opportunities for MBAs within CCR.
The Coca-Cola Company and the largest bottler, Coca-Cola Enterprises, have taken actions to strategically advance the partnership. The Coca-Cola Company has acquired CCE's entire North American business and renamed the sales and operational elements of Coca-Cola Enterprises North American businesses to Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR). Additionally, The Coca-Cola Company has folded in the vast majority of its U.S. and Canada businesses into CCR.
Marketing Week will continue Wednesday, Nov. 7, with a Marketing Employer Mixer at
6 p.m. Graziadio School alumni now working in a variety of marketing roles and industries (including Mattel, EA, and Nike) will return to campus for the informal networking mixer.
The final key event will take place at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8, when hiring and staffing managers in the marketing and product managements teams at Farmer's Insurance will discuss career opportunities for MBA graduates. Several of the guest presenters will be Graziadio School alumni.
