Dr. Kerns has more than 30 years of business, management and consulting experience. Through his private consulting firm, Corperformance Inc., Dr. Kerns has implemented performance-based management systems for companies in many industries. In 1998, he merged his practice with an international consulting firm where he served as Director of Organizational Consulting before joining the Graziadio School as an Associate Professor of Applied Behavioral Science. He has taught in nearly every program in the Graziadio School and served as the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs. In his work he strives to integrate his consulting, teaching, and writing. His is an expert in designing and implementing high-performance positive oriented work cultures. Dr. Kerns holds a Diplomate, ABPP, in both Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology.

Dr. Magasin has more than 20 years' experience as an attorney in government and private practice and as a military lawyer. He was an assistant professor of law at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, New York. As a prosecutor with the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, Special Investigations Division, he investigated allegations of official misconduct and political corruption. Dr. Magasin entered private practice in 1981, handling civil litigation and appellate cases as well as criminal matters, including the defense of regulatory and environmental law prosecutions. He has been a judge pro tem in Municipal Court in the Los Angeles Judicial District and the Culver Judicial District. He served as president of the Pacific Southwest Academy of Legal Studies in Business and delegate to the national Academy of Legal Studies in Business.

Dr. Linnea B. McCord is an associate professor of business law at the Graziadio School of Business and Management of Pepperdine University. She practiced law for many years prior to entering the academic environment, including private practice and as the General Counsel of a division of a high-technology Global Fortune 500 multinational corporation, headquartered in New York and Paris. She is a recognized expert on ethics and business law topics and has been a frequent media commentator on these issues, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, the Orange County Register, the Ventura County Star, the Los Angeles Business Journal, KNX, KFWB and KPCC radio stations, KABC TV and Bloomberg Television. She is a professional public speaker and has delivered numerous seminars and speeches on ethics and business law topics to public and private companies, government entities, nonprofits, associations and academic institutions across the United States. She received a bachelor of arts degree from University of Sydney (including a year of law school at the University of Sydney Law School), a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Houston Law Center, and a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
