Ginger Rosenkrans has written numerous articles about online advertising and related topics such as online banner ads and ad design, web design, online auctions as a source of advertising revenue, design consideration for effective online environments, the importance of understanding audience dynamics, and more. Her key affiliations include membership in the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication, the Society of News Design, the American Academy of Advertising, and the American Advertising Federation. She has been quoted as an expert in various publications, including the Ventura County Star.

Rosenkrans received her master's degree in speech communication from California State University, Northridge, and her doctorate in information systems from the Graduate School of Computer and Information Sciences at Nova Southeastern University.
