Dr. Livingstone has served as the dean of Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management since 2002. She oversaw a $200 million expansion of the business school's regional campuses, increased the school's international partnerships to 32 business schools around the world, and led the school to membership in the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative and as a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Management Education.
Under her leadership, the business school established the E2B (Education to Business) Live Case Program, which partners students and companies on finding solutions to strategic issues; launched the Dean's Executive Leadership Series, a high-profile lecture program that brings to campus leading business innovators; introduced a business plan competition for students seeking to start their own companies, and added new degree programs in Management and Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Applied Finance, and Global Business.
An award-winning teacher, Dr. Livingstone's research interest focuses on creativity in organizations as influenced by the fit between the individual and the organizational environment. She is the author of business textbooks and numerous scholarly articles that have appeared in Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Management Education, and the Journal of Management. Her views on leadership and business education have been cited in a variety of media outlets including CNN, BusinessWeek, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Bloomberg TV, the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and the Economist.
Dr. Livingstone serves on the Board of Directors of AACSB International (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), is on the Special Committee on Global Accreditation for AACSB International, and is a member of Young President's Organization (YPO). She received her B.S., M.B.A., and Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Rockey presents programs on creative problem solving, communication, stress management, and leadership for corporations such as Procter & Gamble and Prudential Insurance and for smaller companies. He wrote, narrated, produced, and marketed the workbook/cassette album Successful Time Management and authored Communicating in Organizations (Winthrop Management Series). He has lectured in several countries including at an international conference in New Zealand which published his work on coaching students to write and present original, current, actual case studies which class members attempt to solve.
