Highlights: The highlight of the season was the men's tennis national championship victory (a Pepperdine first) over undefeated Georgia in May, capping a 36-2 season. Pepperdine athletic teams compiled an overall record of 190 -101-3 in the 2005-06 school year, a 0.651 winning percentage. An impressive 78 percent of student-athletes complete their bachelor's degrees (compare to 56 percent nationally).
