Los Angeles Daily Journal, December 20, 2007 - Doug Kmiec, Caruso Family Chair in Constitutional Law, was mentioned in an editorial feature titled "The Next Supreme Court Justice?" which discusses the idea Kmiec proposed in a December 15 The Wall Street Journal editorial about former President Clinton's possible nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court should Hillary Clinton be elected president.
