Stotsenberg Recital Series Presented Chamber Music Palisades 

Chamber Music Palisades

Chamber Music Palisades, a six-member classical music ensemble comprised of some of Los Angeles' top musicians, performed at Raitt Recital Hall in Malibu on Sunday, Jan. 21. The presentation was part of the University's 2006-07 Stotsenberg Recital Series. Now in its fourteenth season, the series is funded by Dorothy D. Stotsenberg of Malibu.

The program included Divertissement, op. 6, by Albert Roussel; Concerto no. 2, nach Vivaldi, S. 593, by J. S. Bach; Quintet in E-flat Major, K. 452, by W. A. Mozart; Trio for Flute, Oboe, and Piano by Madeleine Dring; and Sextet for Wind Quintet and Piano by Francis Poulenc.

The members of Chamber Music Palisades include flutist Susan Greenberg of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and Seaver College adjunct faculty, oboist Gerard Reuter of the Dorian Wind Quintet, clarinetist Gary Gray and hornist Richard Todd, both of the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, bassoonist Judith Farmer of the Long Beach Symphony, and pianist Delores Stevens.
