Pepperdine Welcomes New Faculty
School of Public Policy
Louisa Blanco Raynal, instructor. B.B.A. (finance), Midwestern State University; M.B.A. (business), Midwestern State University; Ph.D. (economics), University of Oklahoma (dissertation: Essays on Economic Development in Latin America). Blanco taught courses at University of Oklahoma in macroeconomics theory. Her research interests focus on policymaking in Latin American countries, in particular on the determinants that cause political instability. Her aim is to discover what policies can really work for Latin American growth and development.
