New Graziadio Business Report Now Available Online

The first issue of the 2009 Graziadio Business Report has been published online and can be read, shared, and commented on at http://gbr.pepperdine.edu.

As a scholarly online journal, the Graziadio Business Report delivers relevant information and analysis for business, government, and nonprofit managers. This issue explores topics ranging from expatriate managers in China to finding the silver lining in customer complaints.

Highlights include an article titled, "Recognizing Organizational Culture in Managing Change," in which authors Mark Mallinger, Don Goodwin, and Tetsuya O'Hara analyze how structural changes can serve as the initial intervention for shifting culture. In "Believe It: Complaints are Gifts," Janelle Barlow strategizes how an organization can use customer complaints to its advantage.

The new issue also includes "The Book Corner" with reviews on 14 new books, and an audio interview with social entrepreneur, author, and former Harvard professor Mark Albion about shifting the career focus of business school grads from money to values-based business.

The Graziadio Business Report is a quarterly publication of the Graziadio School of Business and Management of Pepperdine University. For more information or to subscribe, visit the Web site at http://gbr.pepperdine.edu, or contact the GBR staff at gbr@pepperdine.edu.
