Seaver College Class of 2014 Arrives at Pepperdine for New Student Orientation

Members of the Seaver College class of 2014 will experience their first official days as Pepperdine students during New Student Orientation (NSO), held on the Malibu campus. NSO begins Monday, Aug. 23 for international students, and Tuesday, Aug. 24 for all new students. Classes begin Monday, Aug. 30.
The weeklong orientation, which welcomes the incoming freshman class, will provide students and parents alike with important information regarding academic procedures, school policies, housing, and many available resources. Evening entertainment, including Movie in the Park and Fresh Follies, will offer students a chance to relax with classmates.
Students will tour the campus, meet their roommates, engage with members of the faculty and staff, and learn about other areas of interest, such as Greek Life, the volunteer center, student leadership opportunities, and music auditions. The incoming class will come together for the President's Reception, held at the on-campus home of Pepperdine president Andy Benton and his wife Debby, as well as Frosh Follies, a longstanding tradition for new students.
All new students are required to attend New Student Orientation. For a full calendar of events, please visit the New Student Orientation Web site or call Student Activities at (310) 506-4201.
