We are excited to welcome our admitted students to Pepperdine University!
After you have been admitted to the University, you must accept your offer by completing the enrollment steps outlined in your admission package. Please follow the instructions sent to you along with your admission package to ensure that you secure your space at Pepperdine.
The University will accept the following forms of payment in addition to financial aid and loans toward a student account balance: cash (U.S. dollars), checks (must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars), and wire payments.
Please keep in mind that funds for a student's personal expenses or off campus living should be given directly to the students and not sent to the student account. Payments applied to the student account are for the balances due on the student's account related to tuition and fees and on campus housing.
The Form I-20 is the document that you must present at the U.S. embassy or consulate in order to apply for your F-1 visa. Please consult the instructions available on the embassy or consulate website where you intend to apply and review the interview wait time for the location where you will apply. F-1 visas can be issued up to 120 days in advance of your course of study start date. Allow sufficient time to obtain your visa by requesting your Form I-20 as soon as possible. To request your Form I-20 submit all the required documents listed on the I-20 checklist (link below) in one email message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to ten business days for processing, and your Form I-20 will be mailed to you by UPS express shipping.
All persons who intend to visit the United States temporarily to pursue a full course of study at an academic institution must be classified as an alien in F-1 student-visa status. Click on the tab below for a checklist of the steps you must take to obtain your visa and admission to the U.S.
All new international students are required to attend orientation. If you have not yet received any information regarding the date you are required to arrive on campus for new student orientation, please contact the Admission Office at your school.
Within one week of your program start date, you must submit the following documents to OISS in order to report your status to the US government. Please complete, scan, and email the documents to OISSNewGraduateStudent@pepperdine.edu. All documents must be sent all at once, under one cover.
NOTE: Illegible copies of documents will not be accepted. We strongly encourage students to utilize the scanners in the library to scan and email the documents.
