San Diego Waves: Walk on the Wild Side

About Lions, Tigers & Bears:

Lions, Tigers & Bears is dedicated to providing a safe haven to abused and abandoned exotic animals while inspiring an educational forum to end the exotic animal trade. This sanctuary is a no kill, no breed, no-sell rescue and educational facility that allows the animals to live out their lives with dignity in a caring and safe environment. LTB's goal is to provide a safe haven for these rescued animals and to educate the public about the growing population of abused and abandoned exotic animals and where they come from.

Lions, Tigers & Bears exhibit in San Diego - Pepperdine University

Saturday, October 9

10 AM - 2 PM

Lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Get to know the exotic animals who found sanctuary in San Diego during a guided tour of Lions, Tigers, & Bears with your fellow San Diego Waves. The rescued animals who call this sanctuary home also include bobcats, a leopard, an African serval, a mountain lion, and even domestic animals like horses and llamas. Feel free to stick around after the guided tour to continue to explore the grounds.

Cha-ching! This opportunity is provided to the San Diego Waves at a Pepperdine-exclusive discount.

Special thanks to Lindsey Jeu De Vine ('13) of Lions, Tigers & Bears for helping put this event together.
