How can I submit a nomination?
Nominations will be accepted via this online form.
When is the deadline for submitting a nomination?
The nomination period for 2019 Outstanding Alumni | Women in Leadership will open on Monday, June 10, 2019, at 10 AM PT, and will close on July 15, 2019, at 11:59 PM PT.
Who is eligible to enter?
Any living, degreed alumna from any of Pepperdine University's schools is eligible to enter.
How are the final honorees selected?
The final honorees will be selected by a review board made up of both faculty and staff members of Pepperdine University.
What is the review board looking for?
The board considers a wide range of factors when choosing honorees, particularly alumnae who are excelling in their fields, including in corporate business, volunteering, or community work.
What else is considered during the selection process?
- Nomination form content
- Previous involvement with the University
- Number of total recommendations
Can changes be made once the nomination is submitted?
No. Once a nomination is submitted, it is considered a final submission.
How will I know if my nomination was received?
Once you hit "Submit" on a nomination, the system will alert you that it has been received. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm receipt of your nomination.
How and when will I be notified of the review board's decision?
Selected honorees will be notified via email in August 2019.
