Student Challenge

Pepperdine's five schools competed for extra funds, calculated by finding the largest percentage increase of student participation compared to last year's gifts. All schools won bonuses for their Dean's Excellence Fund, thanks to gifts from a group of Pepperdine Life Regents.

Alumni Challenge

Pepperdine's five schools competed for extra funds, calculated by finding the largest percentage increase of alumni participation compared to last year's gifts. The top three schools won bonuses for student scholarships, thanks to a generous $50,000 gift from a Pepperdine community member.

Human Resources' Faculty/Staff Challenge

Fifty departments reached 100 percent giving participation and were entered to win a catered lunch sponsored by Human Resources.

First-Year Hall Competition

The male and female first-year halls with the highest giving participation rates received programming funds, thanks to a generous Seaver College family.

The International Programs destination with the highest giving participation rates received funds for a house reunion, thanks to generous Pepperdine alumnus, Chris Ruud.

The three divisions with the largest percent increase of participation (based on a formula by Dean Feltner) received additional funds to their area thanks to generous Pepperdine alumnus, Chris Rudd.

Dean Feltner's Donor Goals

When Dean Feltner's passion areas—the Student Success Center, Seaver Scholarships, the Career Center, and the Seaver Dean's Excellence Fund—surpassed their donor goals, $8,500 was distributed evenly among them.




 

Adopt-A-Dorm

After 63 donors gave back to Adopt-A-Dorm, a $25,000 gift from a generous Seaver family was unlocked to enhance freshman, first-year, and transfer students' learning, living, and community experiences.

A bonus award was given for every team that reached their donor goal.

Graduate Schools

Graziadio Business School Center for Women in Leadership Match

The Pepperdine community gave $10,465 to the Center for Women in Leadership in response to Director Bernice Ledbetter's matching gift challenge of $5,000.

School of Law Faculty/Staff Challenge

For the 37 faculty and staff members who participated, various handicaps will be raffled off at the annual School of Law staff cornhole tournament in late May.



School of Public Policy

When the School of Public Policy reached over 100 Give2Pepp supporters, a $4,300 matching gift from generous alumni and staff was distributed to the school's passion areas.
