Longtime Finance Executive Named to Board of Regents

Nancy De Liban, executive vice president of Athene Asset Management, L.P. (AAM), has been elected as a new member of the Pepperdine University Board of Regents.

AAM is a subsidiary of Apollo Global Management, LLC, a leading private equity firm that specializes in alternative asset management and capital investing. De Liban has also served as senior managing director at Bear Stearns, where she was a member of the mortgage team focused on modeling, structuring, and trading of structured products and was responsible for numerous structural innovations.

De Liban is a member of the board of directors of Aris Mortgage Holding Company, LLC, a correspondent lending platform whose principal business (through its subsidiary, Amerihome Mortgage Company, LLC) is acquiring residential mortgage assets from its origination clients. Aris Mortgage is funded, in part, by Athene Holding Ltd., an affiliate of Apollo Global Management, and to which AAM provides certain services.
