Prior to Expedia, she served as senior vice president of human resources, organization, and people at Paramount Pictures. While at Paramount, Wilson was directly responsible for key components of the global talent management life cycle, including acquisition, development, diversity, and inclusion.

She is an active member of the National Black MBA Association, and has served on the board of directors for Goodwill of Orange County, United Service Organizations, and Cornelia Connelly High School in Anaheim.
