Dining Facilities

Rockwell Dining Center

Meals are served in the newly renovated Rockwell Dining Center which seats 600 people and has stunning ocean views. This all-you-can-eat cafeteria includes a salad bar, deli bar, soup and cornbread bar, yogurt bar, beverage stations, dessert stations, and two hot entree stations. Attendees have the option of sitting on the outdoor patios which offer both ocean and mountain views. Picnics may be arranged in our 30 acre Alumni Park or in other locations on campus. Special catered events can easily be arranged for an extra charge.  Sandwiches, pizza and snacks are sold in the Oasis, a favorite gathering spot for students.
