Pepperdine 2030: Ascend Together
Pepperdine's vision calls for the University to become a preeminent, global Christian University. That bold aspiration is shaped and formed by our relentless pursuit of faith and truth together and our abiding commitment to students as the heart of the educational enterprise.
The University's 2030 strategic planning process began in the fall of 2019, facilitated by the Strategic Planning Task Force, and sought participation by every segment of the University community. This process has resulted in the current draft of Pepperdine 2030: Ascend Together, which consists of a strategic guidance document approved and adopted by the Board of Regents, a presidential vision from president Jim Gash, and the University's proposed strategic plan, which includes six strategic objectives and numerous goals and initiatives.
The University is currently holding a 60-day period of review and comment on the strategic plan from June 28 through August 27. Once the strategic plan is finalized, a dashboard will also be available to the community showing our progress under the plan and areas in need of attention.
Enjoy exploring the Pepperdine 2030 strategic planning resources and join your fellow Waves as we seek to ascend to even greater heights of excellence . . . together.
