  How do I join the Pepperdine Alumni Association? Is there a fee?

Pepperdine constituents automatically become members of the Pepperdine Alumni Association upon graduation or completion of at least 12 units. To prove your membership status, you can order an Alumni ID card.

  Where can I obtain a copy of my transcripts or diploma?
  • For Seaver, Graziadio Business School, School of Public Policy, and Graduate School of Education & Psychology alumni, please contact the Registrar's Office at OneStop@pepperdine.edu or at 310-506-7999.

  I am recruiting Pepperdine alumni, where can I post a job?

If you are a Pepperdine alumni and are looking to hire fellow Waves, post your job opening on the PeppConnect Job Board. If you have an account, sign in and post on the Job Board.   I am looking to get in contact with a former classmate, how do I find him/her?

PeppConnect is Pepperdine's online community for alumni. Log in or create an account on PeppConnect to use the alumni directory. You can search for alumni by school, class year, industry, location, and many more filters to narrow your search!

  How do I access my old student email?

Unfortunately, alumni are unable to access their student email after graduation. Wavenet credentials are deactivated 3 months after your graduation date. Pepperdine alumni are eligible to open an alumni email account. Please visit the IT's page to create an alumni email account. For help or questions on setting up your account, contact Tech Central at techcentral@pepperdine.edu or at 310-506-4811.

  How do I access the library online resources?

Library resources are handled by the Library. As an alumni you have access to certain free resources. Visit the Info Guide for information on the e-resources available to alumni. It is important to note that alumni do not have the same access to library databases as current students. For more questions, call the library at 310-506-4238.

  As an alumni, can I access the pool and other facilities on campus?

Alumni are given access to campus athletic facilities free of charge using their Alumni ID card for the first year after they graduate. After that one year period is over, they may obtain a guest pass (non-transferable) to use the athletic facilities. Guest passes can be obtained through Pepperdine Alumni Affairs. Email alumni@pepperdine.edu with your Alumni information and of your guests.

Please note:

  • Guest Passes can be issued for 3 days at a time up to 4 times a year. Be sure to have your Alumni ID card.
  • Passes must either be mailed or picked up in person by the requestor during office hours (M-F, 8am-5pm). Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Thornton Administrative Center.
  • An expiration date must be on the pass, as well as the guest's name and the issuer's name.

For long-term access to campus athletics facilities, consider becoming a Crest Associate. Call 310.506.4745, email crest@pepperdine.edu or visit the Crest Associates website.

  I have a business; how could I offer discounts to Pepperdine Alumni?

We use a third party to handle our perks/benefits called PerksConnect. Perks is a well-established company that contracts with larger external corporations like Coca-Cola, as well as local businesses. Businesses may purchase Perk's services to promote themselves on the PerksConnect website where alumni can search for local and national deals. Alumni Affairs does not get involved—the contract is directly between Perks and the business. For more information, please call 866.671.3322.
