British Diplomat Michael Howells to Present Lecture on Foreign Policy in the Middle East

Michael Howells, British diplomat and consul general in Los Angeles, will explore “Does Foreign Policy Ever Work? Lessons from the Middle East" in the Surfboard Room at Payson Library in Malibu on Wednesday, October 10, at 4 PM.

Howells will examine the changing nature of diplomacy and great power politics in the Middle East in recent years, including the past and the future of nuclear diplomacy with Iran.
