Graziadio School to Present Organizational Development Seminar
Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management will host the seminar “Organizational Development & Change Management” at Encino Graduate Campus on Saturday, July 15, from 10 AM to noon.
Attendees will hear from a panel of change management specialists regarding the work they do, the realities of creating change or developing an organization, common barriers or difficulties, and how to overcome them.
Guest speakers will include:
- Georges Eid
Change Management Manager, Accenture
As a change management manager, Eid brings significant experience in leading large-scale transformation projects across multiple industries in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Eid’s primary areas of expertise include transformational vision definition, organizational assessments, change enablement, organizational change management, training, and communication. He holds a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) certificate from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Eid graduated magna cum laude from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia, with a bachelor of business administration degree, as well as a specialty in international business.
- Verna Rydlund
Assistant Director, Organizational Development, EY
Rydlund has over 15 years of experience in organizational development. She holds a master’s degree in communication from the University of Colorado Boulder. Rydlund has worked in both employee and consulting roles for several global companies in a wide variety of industries, including Princess Cruises and Driscoll's Fine Berries, and is currently with Ernst and Young (EY). She is a certified executive coach, has led major culture change initiatives, and has developed and facilitated numerous leadership development programs for hundreds of leaders.
- Cimber Nuessle
Talent and Organization Manager/Transformational Lead, Accenture
Nuessle is a management consulting manager with years of experience leading program and journey management efforts for global large-scale transformations. She has experience driving the various elements of project management, including resource management, leadership engagement, stakeholder management, systems deployment, communications, training, business readiness, and service introduction. Nuessle’s industry experience spans across federal agencies, public transit authorities, retail, and consumer products. Nuessle holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Northern Arizona University.
