Santa Monica Deputy City Manager to Co-Present Webinar on Civility and Culture

Aparna Gupta, associate director of professional development and external relations, Sukhsimranjit Singh, Judge Danny Weinstein Managing Director, director of the LLM program, and associate professor of law and practice at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law will present the webinar Civility and Culture in the Public Sphere on Friday, August 14. Anuj Gupta, City of Santa Monica deputy city manager, will join the conversation.

The coronavirus pandemic and California’s ensuing executive stay-at-home orders have changed the culture of public discourse. Participants in this session will learn how to manage diverse workplace cultures and promote collaboration among difficult constituencies and stakeholder groups, and will be provided with strategies on facilitating dialogue.
