Zany to the Max: Experience Animaniacs in Concert

“Animaniacs live is a fantastic show, and great for the whole family!” —The Rialto Theatre.

“Hilarious stage banter and storytelling bring these beloved animated characters to life through inspired songwriting and mischievous performances.” —Louis Fowler, Red Dirt Report, Oklahoma City.

MALIBU, CA – March 21, 2024 – The most zany, animany and totally insany "Animaniacs" are back! Fans of the beloved Warner Bros. animated series are in for a treat with "Animaniacs in Concert" as they get up close and personal with original voice actors Rob Paulsen, Maurice LaMarche, and Emmy Award-winning composer Randy Rogel who created many of the memorable songs you still can’t remove from your brain pan. This performance includes special guest Nancy Cartwright (best known as the voice of Bart Simpson), who voices Mindy. Together, they bring the stage to life with comedy, animation, and an unforgettable playlist of "Animaniacs" hits to Smothers Theatre on Pepperdine University’s Malibu campus on Friday, April 19, 2024, at 8 p.m.

Straight from the "Looney Tunes" gang comes the "Animaniacs" brought to life. "Animaniacs in Concert" is based on the beloved Warner Bros. animated series "Animaniacs," which delighted television audiences from 1992 to 1998. The iconic animated series garnered two Emmy Awards, multiple Daytime Emmy Awards, and a Peabody Award, and was produced by some of the most creative minds in animation and television.

Whether on screen or stage, these lovable characters and songs ignite audiences with laughter and overwhelming joy. Described by the Cutting Room as “A rare treat and a joyous evening of entertainment,” Rogel, Paulsen, and LaMarche bring to life the beloved on-screen troublemakers in a new way, interacting with audiences and fans alongside providing a stellar performance.

Tickets, priced at $25-$55 for the public and $10 for full-time Pepperdine students, are available now by calling (310) 506-4522 or online at the Animaniacs in Concert event page.

About Animaniacs

The Warner brothers, Yakko and Wakko, and the Warner sister, Dot—three inseparable, irascible siblings—have a great time wreaking havoc and mayhem in the lives of everyone they meet. They have been locked away in the Warner Bros. water tower for a very long time, but they have found a way to escape. And escape they do—every day! Causing chaos and comic confusion, Yakko, Wakko and Dot run loose in the city, turning the world into their personal playground. Animaniacs was created by Steven Spielberg, who executive produced the series through his Amblin Entertainment in association with Warner Bros. Animation.
