Lights, Camera, Action: The College Tour Films at Pepperdine University

The College Tour, an innovative series from Emmy-nominated producers Alex Boylan, Lisa Hennessy, and Burton Roberts, is filming on Pepperdine University’s Malibu campus from October 10-14. Hosted by Amazing Race winner Alex Boylan, The College Tour is a series created to empower high school students to virtually travel across America for an inside look at colleges and universities.

Each episode of The College Tour highlights a college or university through the eyes of its students, faculty, and alumni, providing prospective students with an intimate look at life on campus beyond what is written in brochures or websites. From academics to sports, club activities, and much more, viewers can visit the campus of their dreams as they’re making the important decision of where to apply or where to attend.

“We are thrilled to welcome The College Tour to Pepperdine,” says Dr. Kristy Collins, dean of enrollment management for Seaver College. “This exciting opportunity will help prospective students experience our campus like never before.”

While at Pepperdine, The College Tour will film a segment with President Jim Gash, 10 student segments, footage of a campus carnival as part of Waves Weekend, and a host segment with Alex Boylan on October 13.
