Registration for Ceremony
Delegates arriving on campus for the ceremony should park in the Firestone Fieldhouse Parking Lot. Please place your yellow parking pass on the driver's side of your dashboard before arriving on campus so that our public safety officers can more easily direct you to parking. Your names will additionally be on a list that will be provided to the officer at the entrance to the lot. Registration packets will contain name tags and luncheon tickets. All delegates should plan to arrive no later than 8:45 AM to the Program Participant registration table located at the entrance to Alumni Park.
The inauguration luncheon will immediately follow the ceremony in Alumni Park. If you did not register for the luncheon at the time you registered to attend the ceremony, please email email@example.com and let us know you would like to attend the luncheon. The luncheon will be open seating, and University hosts will be available to provide assistance.
Delegates are asked to provide their own regalia and are required to wear regalia if they are processing. If you do not have regalia, please contact your institution for assistance. Delegates may check their regalia in Alumni Park at the designated robing area.
All marching delegates should convene in the robing area no later than 8:45 AM to don regalia. During the ceremony, delegates may leave suit coats, jackets, and other garments in the robing tent. Items will be secure and may be retrieved until 2 PM. Event hosts will be available to help you find your place in the procession. The ceremony in Alumni Park will begin promptly at 10 AM.
Following the ceremony, marshals will lead the recessional out of the ceremony stadium and marchers will disburse to the luncheon or return to the robing tent to reclaim their checked items.
