University Diversity Council
The Pepperdine University Diversity Council is a University-wide council composed of faculty, staff, and students who join with senior management in a collaborative effort to create strategic plans and goals for diversity in alignment with our Christian mission and vision. This involves implementing programs that increase and enhance student, faculty, and staff diversity at all levels of the University.
Seaver College Diversity Council
The Seaver College Diversity Council focuses on enhancing systems of responsibility, accountability, and recognition aimed at fostering greater diversity at Pepperdine. With help from the Council, Pepperdine has pursued several programs ranging from research studies, workshops, forums, a speaker series, a multicultural theatre project, a social action and justice colloquium, and a high school student-mentoring program.
Caruso School of Law Council for Diversity and Inclusion
At Pepperdine Law, our community is rich in political, racial, and spiritual diversity which has formed a strong culture of connection among our students, faculty, and staff. Led by our faith-based values, we believe that each person's voice and convictions enhance our community. Graziadio Business School Diversity Council
The Pepperdine Graziadio Business School Diversity Council serves as a catalyst for promoting a School-wide climate that honors and affirms the Council's diversity and fosters an inclusive environment for innovation, respect, and equal voices among its members. The Council serves in an advisory capacity to the PGBS Dean and works in partnership with the Leadership Team to drive policies, practices, and initiatives that strengthen the culture of mutual understanding, engagement, and collective commitment to positive organizational experiences and outcomes.
Graduate School of Education and Psychology Diversity Council
The Graduate School of Education and Psychology (GSEP) Diversity Council was formed, in part, to promote discourse. The council is comprised of faculty, staff, and, students and meets the fourth Tuesday of each month from 10 AM to 1 PM in room 339, at the West Los Angeles Graduate Campus. All are welcome to join this group.
In conjunction with the council meetings, a speaker series titled "Multicultural Issues Impacting Community" was developed. The speaker series is held two times a year at the West Los Angeles Graduate Campus. The Diversity Council, students, faculty, staff, alumni, and guests are welcome to attend.
The Graduate School of Education and Psychology embraces human diversity, which we believe to be the natural expression of God's creation, in our work to advance learning and service. GSEP fosters, sustains, and advocates for multicultural proficiency.

School of Public Policy Diversity Committee
The Pepperdine School of Public Policy (SPP) and SPP Diversity Committee provide a forum for students, faculty, staff, and alumni to engage in events, professional development, and mentorship opportunities that aim to build a diverse community founded on a set of core values that strive toward academic excellence and a shared sense of belonging with the understanding as noted in the Pepperdine University Diversity Statement.
