Chronic and Temporary Medical Condition
Anyone in need of on campus transportation due to illness or injury may contact Public Safety for mobility transport at any time. Please call Public Safety dispatch at 310.506.4442 to request a ride. If a student has an injury that requires a need for mobility transport for an extended period of time, the Department of Public Safety can provide support based on their class schedule. For more information on this option, please email DPSrides@Pepperdine.edu.
*Please note that a minimum 15 to 20 minute lead time is necessary on any of these requests.
Students who require the use of a wheelchair or need assistance getting in and out of cars, should contact Transit Services at 310.506.4802 for transportation services.
DPS Disability On-Campus Parking Needs
Those who qualify for a DMV placard and have currently have the placard, can visit the DPS office in the Center for Communication and Business for access to parking lots. To review eligibility requirements, click here
Placard abuse can result in the cancellation and revocation of the placard and loss of the privileges it provides, and is punishable by an applicable penalty. California Vehicle Code (VC) §§1825, 4461, 4463, 21458, 22511.5, 22511.6, 22511.7, 22511.55, 22511.59, and Business and Professions Code §13660.
