While enrolled full time at Pepperdine University, students can choose to participate and take ROTC classes each week at the University of Southern California (Det 060), the University of California, Los Angeles (Det 055), or Loyola Marymount University (Det 040). *See note below
Attention CSOL students: The Graduate Law Program (GLP) and One-Year College Program (OYCP) is designed for first and second year law students to participate in AFROTC while in law school. Students successfully completing GLP/OYCP are guaranteed a position in the Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps once they meet all licensing requirements. *NOTE: While attending Pepperdine, active ROTC cadets receive priority registration for classes. NEW for 2022, active ROTC cadets also receive a small financial stipend each semester to help with out-of-pocket costs associated with traveling to cross-town detachments. Graduating cadets also receive a commemorative red, white, and blue military honor cord to be worn at their commencement ceremony signifying Pepperdine's gratitude and celebrate their entrance into military service.
